At the South Asian Women’s Centre (SAWC), we believe in the power of community and collective action.
When you volunteer your time and efforts with SAWC, you help to transform the lives of women and their families and create lasting change in your community.
SAWC relies on the passion and special skills of our amazing volunteers in order to serve the over 5,000 women with children each year. Volunteers at SAWC work in partnership with staff to support our program delivery and provide administrative assistance.

Current Volunteer Opportunities:
SAWC offers a variety of volunteer opportunities that allow you to contribute your skills and time to meaningful causes. Volunteers can assist with interpretation and translation, advocacy, group facilitation, office administration, and more. Volunteering with us provides valuable experience, helps build professional networks, and gives you the chance to make a positive difference in the community.

Membership Information:
